Jack & Lynne Gossett Designs was formed in 2013 as a husband-and-wife team. We offer coasters, decals, magnets, license plates, coffee cups, and rustic wall art. Our art grew to the point we either had to start selling the items we make or go on the show “Hoarders.” Primarily, we make items to celebrate our great state of Oklahoma. As such, we offer our items in some of the smallest towns in Oklahoma, up to the state capital. Fun Fact: Our coasters have made it to six of the seven continents and over 100 countries, and much of the wall art materials are reclaimed-use items that had a previous life.

The most significant aspect of working with our local community is providing help to others. Helping others takes on many forms, including:

  • Donations to people and organizations/causes. We usually do not share about such activities as they aren’t about us. They are about a child with cancer or a small museum that needs every penny to stay open.
  • We are tailoring our product offerings to include small businesses in rural towns. Many companies cannot afford to buy the minimum quantities other sellers offer. If you are in ABC, Oklahoma, buying 12 decals yearly is fine. We try to help others succeed.
  • Helping other small businesses succeed by sharing our knowledge, as appropriate. We share information with businesses about good vendors and vendors about good companies (like Farm Hippie). If we know something and we can help someone, we do it. We’re out daily to “like” and share posts on social media and answer email/text/phone calls to assist others. Again, we try to help others succeed.

The one thing we genuinely treasure about our business is the opportunity to interact with a wide range of people. We hear amazing things and enjoy meeting a variety of interesting people. Everyone has something to bring to the table, and we are enriched by the interactions.
