This month’s vendor of the month is such a fantastic nomination chosen by his peers here at Farm Hippie. We love celebrating each other, and this month’s winner is such a celebration!

“What I love most about being able to do stuff with my business I would have to say is when I am out selling it at events it is getting to meet and talk to my consumers, hear what they have to say about the salsa and see their excitement when they are introducing one of their friends or family to Kickstand’s Cantina Salsa. I find it very rewarding when I hear about someone trying my salsa and getting hooked on it.
Kickstand’s Cantina Salsa LLC is a small home kitchen-made salsa that is the kind of salsa that is meant to be shared with friends and family. A cantina is a roadside bar that serves appetizers common in Latin America. I am a biker and I enjoy going on rides with friends, but more importantly, it is the comradery amongst friends that I consider a family when we are at stops. We are able to swap lies, tell stories, laugh, and joke with each other, and what better way to enjoy the company of great friends than with a cold beer and a good snack like chips and salsa. Just this weekend a friend of mine and I rode down to Galveston to prepare for a long ride that he is planning for next month. We ended our trip by attending the Bikes for Tykes Teddy Bear Run benefitting the Rockwall Children’s Advocacy, we met many of our club brothers and sisters there and they wanted some Kickstand’s Cantina Salsa. Since starting Kickstand’s Cantina Salsa I have been able to help donate to more charity events and I find that truly rewarding, plus it is totally cool to see people totally loving my salsa.”
Thank you, Joe, for doing this with us, and thank you everyone for supporting him here at Farm Hippie!
